02Account Register
To join Bet Jet, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete information. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure, and your balance may be forfeited.
- Each individual is entitled to only One account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account is prohibited.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party.
- The email address and phone number provided at registration must remain active.
03Age Verification & Identity
Bet Jet is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is completely prohibited. Bet Jet reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time.
You may be required to submit one of the following government-issued documents for identity verification:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport photo page
- Driving License
- Birth Registration Certificate (including proof of age 18+)
Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete. All submitted documents are stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.
04Deposits & Withdrawals
Bet Jet supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Minimum Deposit: BDT 500
- Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000
- Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 15 minutes to 24 hours
- The deposit source and withdrawal destination must be the same payment method.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Bet Jet reserves the right to hold payments on suspicious transactions pending verification.
Bet Jet does not charge any transaction fees; however, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges, which are not the responsibility of Bet Jet.
05Bonuses & Promotions
Bet Jet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering multiplier (e.g. 30x). Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Validity Period: Each bonus has a fixed validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days.
- Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games.
- The same individual or household may not claim multiple welcome bonuses.
- Accounts found to be abusing bonuses or exploiting loopholes may be suspended.
06Betting Rules
The following rules must be observed at all times when betting on Bet Jet. Failure to comply may result in bet cancellation or restrictions being placed on your account.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bet Jet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- For Sports Betting, bets must be placed before the match begins or within the designated time window.
- If a disconnection occurs during live betting and the bet cannot be processed, the bet will be considered void.
- Any involvement in match-fixing or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.
- Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities in casino games for abnormal winnings will result in the forfeiture of those winnings.
Bet Jet reserves the right to make the final decision on all game outcomes. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
07Responsible Gaming
Bet Jet takes responsible gaming seriously. We want you to play for fun, not out of compulsion. To support this, Bet Jet provides a range of tools:
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Session Timer: Enable automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account at your own discretion.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for 7 to 30 days.
- Reality Check: Get reminders about how long you've been playing at set intervals.

09Account Suspension & Closure

- Bonus Abuse or Fraudulent Activity
- Money Laundering or Fraudulent Activity
- Being a Minor
You may also close your account at any time. Any verified balance will be returned to you.
10Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
- Once your complaint is submitted, you will receive a ticket number — please keep it for your records.
- For complex disputes, a final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.
- If you are not satisfied with a decision made by Bet Jet, you have the right to escalate a complaint to the licensing authority.
The applicable laws of Bangladesh shall govern the resolution of any disputes.
11Changes to Terms & Enforcement
Bet Jet may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the website at least 7 days in advance, and registered users will be notified by email.
Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
